Patricia runs a small publishing house and contacted me to assist her with some projects and provide one to one support. I enjoyed being a support to Patricia and encouraged her along at her own pace which enabled her to find a form of accountability that fits in with her life. The kind of tasks I have supported her with include:-​

• General IT support for emails; folder organisation;

• Maintain an ongoing to-do-list for Patricia to keep track of work she needs to do

• Typing

• Contacting bookshops

• Sales & Invoicing

• Update entries in online systems for Nielsen Book and distributers such as Gardners Books and Pubeasy MVB
