'Mirror Mirror' Short Film by Stranded Studio, Joe Morgan & Ceramics Artist, Anna Barlow - June 2024

I was thrilled to work on this short film as a Props Assistant, on location in Folkestone.  The film was set at a birthday party, with a 10ft long table of food and will be shown at Anna's upcoming exhibitions. The artist Anna Barlow Ceramics and Production Assistant, Laura Murphy came down from London a couple of days beforehand, to buy items needed for the shoot in my local town of Hastings which was great fun. I took them around Hastings & Bexhill to shops to source everything on their to-do-list and then escort them over to Rye to the studio, saving them heaps of time and having to lug boxes and cases around. The shoot was on location at The Grand, The Leas, Folkestone, where I supported with the following tasks:

• Runner for last minute items & equipment

• Prepare props

• Assist Artistic Director, Artist & Production Assistant with setting the scene and resets

• Transport cast & crew to and from train stations
