I thrive on diving into the essential nitty-gritty admin tasks that every company encounters, and working alongside Catherine satisfies my admin fix! Whether I'm stationed in the office or working remotely, I look forward to an array of tasks. It could be a voicemail list one day or an email request the next; I adapt to whatever mode best supports my client's needs. By supporting Catherine when she requires that little bit of extra help, or even when she is on holiday, my involvement enables her to focus on her creative marketing endeavours or taking a proper rest when away.

Bella is an established contemporary artist and has a great team around her. Bella wanted more of a Personal Assistant to help her with both work and personal related tasks. I love to support Bella with all the computer tasks she loathes and I also love the variety each week brings where we are tackling tasks together.

Sharon is an icon painter with a strong creative vision and clear plans for developing her practice. As her work and studio setup evolved, she wanted support to help navigate the technical and organisational side of her work, particularly around bookings, newsletters, and shaping her marketing ideas.

Once her new studio was completed, we began working together through one-to-one sessions, focusing on putting simple systems in place and exploring practical ways to support her ideas without overwhelming the creative process.

I enthusiastically delved into enhancing administrative processes, culminating in a bespoke booking system. This custom solution empowers clients to seamlessly fill out booking forms directly on her website, triggering automated email notifications upon completion. Moreover, I implemented a streamlined workflow for disseminating order forms, invoices, and receipts at every stage of the booking process.

Wishing Tree House
Wishing Tree House offers creative workshops for women, developing their creative skills. It is a home, a retreat, and a working space to focus on projects. I provided the founder, Glenys, with a monthly support package to help with a variety of tasks:-
