1.0 Introduction
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully as by commencing work with Admin To The Arts ("Business") indicates that you accept these Terms as being the basis of the agreement between Admin To The Arts ("Me", "I") and you ("You") covering use of all of our services and packages ("Services") and you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.0 Terms of Work
Emailed quotations for adhoc / freelance work, outside of our standard hourly and monthly support packages, are valid for one month.
Once you have agreed to the price stated by me in your emailed quotation and the work requirements and deadline have been agreed and signed upon by both parties in your Unique Agreement of Work Plan, I will then complete the work to the specification, within the time-scale agreed. I will collaborate and feedback to you with any questions, clarification points and suggestions and I will always proofread all work before it is returned.
The final proofreading of all work is the sole responsibility of the client. However, any mistakes will be corrected free of charge if returned within 7 calendar days.
Any further alterations or specification changes by the client after submission of the completed work and if the initial agreed time has been used, further changes will be charged at the normal rates.
3.0 Production of Work
All text documents will be produced and worked on using Microsoft Word, unless otherwise agreed. Any editing will be undertaken using the 'Track Changes' option which will allow you to approve or reject edits made by Admin To The Arts once the document has been returned to you.
Comments may also be used if additional clarification is required or suggestions are made for consideration.
Microsoft Excel will be used for the creation of all spreadsheets unless otherwise requested.
4.0 Confidentiality Agreement
I adhere to strict confidentiality terms and will not disclose any information regarding you or your company at any time before, during or after work has been carried out. I do not pass or sell client information on to third parties.
In some cases, Admin To The Arts may request to use a piece of work as part of my expanding portfolio or as a work example for another client. However, no confidential data will be displayed in the example, and I will require your permission in writing before doing so. If you do not agree to allow the use of the work as an example piece, it will never be used as one.
I am also happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required.
